The jailbreak community has to be commended for exercising an unprecedented level of patience while the relevant individuals and development teams have been working hard on finding the necessary components to release an iOS 6 untethered jailbreak. Over the last week we have witness the formation of the Evad3rs jailbreak team, and announcements that we can pretty much expect the jailbreak to drop almost instantly when Apple releases iOS 6.1 to the public. But today brings even more good news.


When Apple dropped the fifth beta of iOS 6.1, the leader of the iPhone Dev-Team and Evad3r’s team member MuscleNerd described the release as being on the “home stretch”.
